I gotta say I never write reviews, but had to get one in on this cookout. Every cookout I go to is disgusting, always over/undercooking food, cold food, food taste and looks digusting and the workers suck. this cookout is the only one I’ve ever been too that has great food. Everything’s hot, they’re fast, food is cooked perfect. Not to mention their service is always great. It’s finally good to see some workers who have PRIDE in their work. whoever the owner/manger is, you need to up these peoples pay.

The employees where very nice and kept me informed of my order status which I appreciated since I just got back from living out of the state since 2013.

We stopped after being nearby taking my teen to a late night event. She always gets a chicken tender tray. Food is good and actually great for the price in these days and times. Banana pineapple shake is my favorite. Hers is Reese’s. The employees that night seemed to be distracted chatting with some friends at the walk up window but it wasn’t too busy.

I went to Cookout two days in a row. Adrian was so patient with me as both times I placed three separate orders. He got all the orders correct both times. He was friendly and professional. Our food was hot and fresh. I recommend the burgers. The specialty milkshakes are delicious.

My son choose to have his graduation celebration dinner at Cook Out and we were not disappointed!!
Food is always good. Great selection of items at a great price! Barbecue is top notch. Burgers are nicely cooked.
Our server today, Manyia, was fantastic. We had a large order and she was very patient with us. Our food order came out exactly perfect. Manyia even took the time to write Happy Graduation 2021 on our son's milkshake cup. It made our dinner that much more special.
Of course if you go to Cook Out you have to get a milkshake! So many flavors to choose from!
Can't wait to go back!

This was the big double with onion rings and hush puppies. I got 5 small rings and 5 hush puppies. I guess that's normal serving size, as the other platter we got had the same amount. Usually at other locations I think I get more rings and definitely larger patties. Everything was made as expected and fine there.
