I'm a huge Popeyes fan and absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich. I tried the Bo chicken sandwich from Bojangles, and it's even better! Very tasty, and the spices are part of the blend. The cajun fries are also pretty good. Definitely recommended.

Went there tonight and they were busy as they always are on the weekends but I think it is amazing how the manager assured all the customers were being taking care of while what looked like she was training her crew members during these busy hours the whole crew was nice and polite, food was fresh and tasted great, and store was clean. I can’t get over how friendly and caring the team at this location is. I liked that while I was eating I could constantly hear the manger thanking her crew members for there hard work. I will be returning.

Definitely hit or miss on service and always slow. Chicken is usually really good but last order my drink was wrong, no straw, no honey mustard, and no fork. But the biscuit was fresh and buttery.

Pulled up at the drive through at 9:10 and no one would answer. A people eating inside and signs posted that the drive through closes at 10. wouldn’t answer their phone. this is the third or fourth time it’s happened. Pretty apparent there is no manager at night

Worst customer service ever. Watched them do everything but make our food. Sat for 15 minutes +. Staff extremely rude. One walked around with her pants half down. Wether she could help it or not. Very unprofessional. The staff talked back even though I simply sked for the rest of our order that I seen them pull fresh and place under the warmer. They spent more time talking and walking than watching or making the food.
Normally we have great service here but tonight it was right down the drain.

We went through the drive-thru on our way home to grab a quick bite. We were excited because we don't go to the Bojangles in Roanoke because of the man who owns them. So disappointed! Our food was not fit to eat. We had to wait for what we thought would be fresh food, which isn't a problem, I don't mind having to wait. Never got a receipt. Obviously had two people but only one spork. Fries were so old, hard and salty we couldn't eat them. Biscuits were even harder, couldn't even break them apart. Cinnamon biscuits were all crumbled up and missing chunks. I've worked several years in food service, so I know how hard it is. But I would never have severed the quality of food that I was served this evening. I would have taken the order back but I was in a hurry to get home. The dogs get pricey snack tonight.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 steak biscuits. My order has always been correct so I didn't check it. Got home, 1 biscuit in bag and it was sausage, egg and cheese, which I didn't order. Paid $7 for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit

Terrible service unless you get Nikita at the drive through, sweet tea absolutely covered in ants, 30 minute wait for a single biscuit w 5 customers backed up and the front of house associate is moving like molasses, catching attitude when a customer let her know he actually wanted his food to go. Won’t be back at this bojangles
