The food is always good and fresh, but don’t go there expecting good customer service. Or even decent customer service. I can’t remember a time going there when I wasn’t cut off while trying to order. If I get multiple plates, I have to prepare myself for an eye roll when I ask for a bag to carry them. Generally speaking, the customer service there is pretty much non existent. I love the food, but not how we are treated.

I got a double bacon cheese burger plate. My daughter got a regular cheese burger plate. After having to eat her burger later that night I notice her 1 patty was bigger than both mine. It would've taken 3 almost 4 of the double patties to equal her 1 patty. When I pay for a double, that means 2 of the singles. What the heck.....

Delicious burgers, quick service. milkshake was good, but peanut butter didn't get mixed into the shake. It was all at the bottom. Sad I know. Also they mixed up our order slightly, we got chicken nuggets instead of a corn dog.

Reasonably fast service. Very busy anytime after 10:00pm. One of the few places to get a decent milkshake. Definitely not a bad option for late night food.

My last review was replied to and i was told things would be fixed. Tonight i come home with my 8th consecutive incorrect order from this store. Im missing quite literally a third of my meal. I dont even want a response, i just want you guys to sell the building to someone who will manage it better.

Food was good tonight and hot. Which there was something that could be done about those speakers, we can’t understand them and that makes the person taking the orders aggravated when they have to keep repeating.

I ordered food for my family this evening and the burgers in our order were not cooked properly at all, they were rare...it was gross.
