Pizza Hut

We had an AMAZINGLY PERFECT dinner tonight at our local Pizza Hut in Radcliff. They recently remodeled and it is all 80's retro inside ... just as I remembered as a kid. The fresh pizzas were outstanding and I would recommend that you support a local place and go give it a try. Happy National Pizza Day. So let's just start with their phone number is wrong, had me wait almost 2 hours, delivery driver quit answering his phone, then basically said well, sorry, have a good night. Nothing like traveling and relying on a large chain such as this and they can't keep something as simple as their phone number up to date. I'd give it 0 stars if I could since I never got my purchase...

Do NOT order from this pizza hut they havent been good in over 10 years. Workers slack, and are total creeps. Pizza are done wrong & taste bad. Failed to made properly. Their computers constantly crash & lose orders. It is AWFUL. This place shouldve shut down ages ago. Go to the new pizza hut in tiwn its way better & workers know what they doing.

Let me start off by saying this is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I went in to order and after I finish ordering I sat down to wait on my food. As I sat down I seen them making my food with no gloves on, so I called the young man who took my order and TOLD him, that they needed gloves on while fixing my food and to remake me another pizza. I heard the lady say “we don’t have to but I guess I will”. I just took a look at her and didn’t say anything. Once I got my food I called both the young man that fixed my food and asked him in what policy they know that said they didn’t have to use gloves while touching consumers food? He proceeded to say that’s how they train 🙄😂😂. I then said do you all know that COVID are real and he said “yes I understand”. He was very respectful but the lady/ so call manger was rude and I will be calling corporate to let them know as sending these pictures.
