My boyfriend & I frequent here often. Every time we visit, the food is SO fresh. Steaming hot. I’ve gotten pick up orders as well and the food is always so so good. The customer service is also amazing. A bit pricey but to me, it’s always worth it. Better than any buffet or Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Better than King’s Wok on the north side too! 🥡🥢

We have been trying to like this place. The food is quite good but if there’s any variation it’s a problem. I order the garlic shrimp. While tasty I don’t like mushrooms in this dish. That seems to be a problem. No matter how many times, how many ways to detail the request, how many times they repeat the request and write it down when we get home there’s always mushrooms. The little black slimy ones. The same thing happened tonight. Again.

I've ordered take out from this place many times. The food is not bad, but with each experience there is no consistency in expectation of quality. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a miss. The one star is directed to the customer service experience. I wish i could give a better review but i didn't even receive all of the food we ordered last night. we ordered almost $100 worth of food for a family of 5. My husband picked up the food and was only given half the order. When we called back, he was criticized as being a liar, and the guy assured he'd packed the bag and everything was in there. We took all the food back without a single bite taken. The woman at the front was somewhat apologetic and admitted to our order missing a second bag, but still didn't give it to us???? the money was refunded after an additional 10 minutes of waiting confirming our phone many times, even with the receipt in hand. A BAD experience that could of easily been solved, with someone checking the bag orders located DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM INSTEAD OF ACCUSING A CONTINUAL CUSTOMER OF LYING.

we won't be going back. We ordered from door dash last night and the quantity of food for the price was robbery. Not only that they put a lid in the bottom of the small noodle container to give us even less noodles. The crispy beef was not crispy and the chicken fried rice is the most tasteless rice I've ever had. Terrible.

I ordered on Xmas day. The pork egg rolls were without pork, I've had better, the pork egg Foo Jung was good but not near enough gravy. The 5 count shrimp appetizer was awful. Shrimp pounded flat and then deep fried, totally like rubber. I got two packets of soy sauce, one packet of duck sauce and one packet of hot sauce and NO fortune cookies.

This restaurant is so stingy!!! Ordered some rangoon and it had nothing but fried empty shells!!!!! No cream cheese!!!! If you order any kind of main dish you will receive more cheap vegetables and rice then meat. Ridiculous!!!!!! They're just getting worse!!

Best place in racine hands down. Never has a bad meal and if you ask they will customize orders. Tony Chens is my all time favorite since moving to Wisconsin.

Will never order from there again! First, what you pay for delivery is highway robbery... big price, little food for your money. I ordered the General Tso chicken and it was sweet and super, I mean super salty.... it overpowered the whole dish. I couldn't even finish it... for a 20oz soda, an order of General Tso chicken and order of fried wontons (super small) it was almost 27.00. Rip off for poor quality food, and only small portions.

Cold. Both the room, the tea and the food. Seafood delight was OK. Sesame chicken was big on sweet and low on sesame. In both cases the vegetables didn't even get warm. they were refrigerator cold. No plates to share dishes. You have to make your own tea and they just have an old coffee maker which had just been filled with cold lake Michigan water so we did not get hot tea at all.

Rice was good egg roll was great but I tried the sesame as my main dish and it was packed with salt, when I tried to say something about it, the young boy came back and said the chef said it was a personal opinion, Well of course it's a personal opinion, I'M EATING THE FOOD!, will not return.

Delicious, Fast, and Friendly!. The BEST Chinese food in Racine! <br/>After our third visit, we are hooked on Tony Chen's. It is a great family-run restaurant, the owners are always there and are quite willing to accommodate your taste preference with spicy or mild. Every employee is kind and you can see that they truly care about their customers.<br/><br/>Vegetarian and vegan friendly, lot's of menu selections, delicious soups, and really good prices. Definitely worth trying!<br/><br/>Personally, this is the only restaurant in the area where I have been able to get my favorite dish, MaPo Tofu. It is a staple of Chinese cuisine and found easily in the San Francisco Bay Area where I used to live. I was missing my favorite dish so much, and no one else in Racine makes it (correctly). Thank you Tony Chen's!
