My boyfriend & I frequent here often. Every time we visit, the food is SO fresh. Steaming hot. I’ve gotten pick up orders as well and the food is always so so good. The customer service is also amazing. A bit pricey but to me, it’s always worth it. Better than any buffet or Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Better than King’s Wok on the north side too! 🥡🥢 P.S. Remember to tip them ❤️

We have been trying to like this place. The food is quite good but if there’s any variation it’s a problem. I order the garlic shrimp. While tasty I don’t like mushrooms in this dish. That seems to be a problem. No matter how many times, how many ways to detail the request, how many times they repeat the request and write it down when we get home there’s always mushrooms. The little black slimy ones. The same thing happened tonight. Again.

I've ordered take out from this place many times. The food is not bad, but with each experience there is no consistency in expectation of quality. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a miss. The one star is directed to the customer service experience. I wish i could give a better review but i didn't even receive all of the food we ordered last night. we ordered almost $100 worth of food for a family of 5. My husband picked up the food and was only given half the order. When we called back, he was criticized as being a liar, and the guy assured he'd packed the bag and everything was in there. We took all the food back without a single bite taken. The woman at the front was somewhat apologetic and admitted to our order missing a second bag, but still didn't give it to us???? the money was refunded after an additional 10 minutes of waiting confirming our phone many times, even with the receipt in hand. A BAD experience that could of easily been solved, with someone checking the bag orders located DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM INSTEAD OF ACCUSING A CONTINUAL CUSTOMER OF LYING.

we won't be going back. We ordered from door dash last night and the quantity of food for the price was robbery. Not only that they put a lid in the bottom of the small noodle container to give us even less noodles. The crispy beef was not crispy and the chicken fried rice is the most tasteless rice I've ever had. Terrible.

I ordered on Xmas day. The pork egg rolls were without pork, I've had better, the pork egg Foo Jung was good but not near enough gravy. The 5 count shrimp appetizer was awful. Shrimp pounded flat and then deep fried, totally like rubber. I got two packets of soy sauce, one packet of duck sauce and one packet of hot sauce and NO fortune cookies. They forgot my bottle of soda Very disappointing

Will never order from there again! First, what you pay for delivery is highway robbery... big price, little food for your money. I ordered the General Tso chicken and it was sweet and super, I mean super salty.... it overpowered the whole dish. I couldn't even finish it... for a 20oz soda, an order of General Tso chicken and order of fried wontons (super small) it was almost 27.00. Rip off for poor quality food, and only small portions.
