Cafe' Cake

Never had issues with yall till the last couple times. Ordered 2 pizzas and one was so dried up and hard there was no way anyone wouldn't have called and said something. This time I ordered the Detroit style (with cheese to the edges and sauce on top thats how its supposed to be)and got a regular pan pizza. Tried to contact the store right after and no answer for 30 minutes. Cmon yall have to do better dont start slipping and lose business cuz I happen to love the staff that I have dealt with

Wish I could leave a zero star review!!!! They delivered the wrong pizza. I called the store and was placed on hold, after 16 minutes I hung up and called back. When I called back, no one answered the phone. I tried 3 times to call and the phone was not answered. I went to the store and told them what was wrong. They agreed to replace my pizza with the correct one. After 40 minutes I finally received my pizza. The guy behind the register was polite and apologized but the manager and everyone else was rude or completely ignored me. Then I get home and discover that the other pizza I ordered, that I thought was right really was not. A Supreme Pizza was delivered with NO sauce! I didn't ask for a pizza with no sauce but that is what I received. I have been a Pizza Hut customer for over 25 years! They did nothing to make up for their mess up.Today, they lost a long time customer!!!!

It should have a 0 zero star. Just down right horrible everything. I ordered a pizza at 7:46 PM they said it would be a 50min wait time. They texted my phone at 8:41pm saying the pizza was on it's way l literally live 5min away from pizza hut. I had been running errands all day and didnt feel like driving. I called the store at 9:10pm the manager said the food was on it's way. No food come by 9:40pm. I drive to the store to cancel the order. I had to wait another 10min for someone to ask what I needed. Once I asked the manager to cancel my order a crew member walks up and says it doesn't go that way just because you live right there the driver have to deliver every other order he has. Mind you I ordered at 746pm and its damn near 2 hours later and I didn't receive my food and the crew member telling me I need to be patient. At that point the delivery driver walks in and said he just left my house. I politely went home and brought them all the food back which was ice cold and they had the nerve to be upset. I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER THERE....

How about a negative 5 star rating?!?! We called the store to place an order for delivery, and were told it should take 45-55 min. We waited an hour before calling back and when we did they said they canceled our order because they had too many orders for right before they closed. Claimed they tried to call but it went straight to voice mail. Once that excuse was rebutted they then tried another excuse but at that point I objected and problem was not resolved. Said there was nothing they could do because they were now closed. What kind of service is that? Post poor!!!

Haven't eaten pizza hut for years now because of this store, last time I went there, I made a complaint about an employee, then had management share private information with that employee (my phone number) which started another bit of nonsense which makes me believe all the horror stories I've heard about management and the franchise owner.
