Waited for almost 20 minutes just for chicken nuggets. The girls working the register were some of the rudest people I've ever delt with. When I first walked in I stood at the register for a few minutes while 3 people stood in the kitchen talking and when I asked for help they all rolled their eyes at me then continued to talk. Worst experience I've ever had with a fast food place

The girl that works in the morning is very rude!!! Gave me attitude from the speaker to the window. Threw my debit card in the bag. Asked if I wanted cream or sugar after I already told her at the speaker so I told her again and she was mimicking me with attitude right in front of me. I get it everybody has a bad day but you don’t have to put it all off and someone else she had no reason to give me such a poor attitude. She is the reason I will never come here again.

Just placed an order and it was never put in the system. I pull up to the window and its 3 people with headsets and nobody took the order or made it. I told them the order 2 times but I guess their side conversation was more important.I pulled off terrible customer service.

I went to buger king got a fish sandwich the fish fried hard the bun was hard the fries were good but have done the tea was so sweet and had a weird taste. 3-11-22

Service is trash and rude. Food tasted terrible. Took 20 mins to get 8 piece cheddar bite and burger.

Poor utilization of their work staff. When you have a minimal crew of four why would you have Windows 1 and 2 open at the drive-thru leaves one of the counter and one for all the cooking including the fry station didn't make sense to me.
