Steak 'n Shake

Steak n shake is probably my second favorite burger place. I'm particularly fond of the Garlic butter burger. Served with a side of onion rings with ranch to dip them in. Ice cold sweet tea to wash it all down. Delicious! All the staff I've had the pleasure of interaction with have been polite and friendly. Cheaper then other burger joint choices. Self service options available. Mobile ordering with delivery available through ordering apps like Doordash. Service is usually quick. The above is praises. However, I do have some complaints. On more then one occasion when visiting this establishment the tables had not been wiped down. The bathroom has been dirty and very unclean smelling. The floor has also been dirty and unkept looking. That being said I do realize that staffing shortages are still causing many establishments to have issues providing services but I also know such lacks in cleanliness will also cause problems in providing services.
