Half Door

As Clash of the Ash a few doors down on Hancock Street in Quincy Center has sadly gone downhill lately Half Door seems to be getting better! They get some good djs and have been drawing a better crowd! Decent prices for drinks. We also went here a few weeks ago for 90s music video night we saw promoted on their Facebook page was really fun! We have been incorporating this Into our rotation for nights out in Quincy and haven't been let down.

I’ve been to the Half Door a few times, and last night was the last straw. Inattentive, aloof service is the norm at this place. The only reason my lady friend & I stuck around was because she had purchased a groupon for this joint. Ordered a burger, she ordered chicken parm and pasta. ONE HOUR LATER her cold pasta came out. The bartender lied to us and said that the cook was making the pasta from scratch which clearly wasn’t the case. He then told us that cook wasn’t very good and that he always takes forever. The place was completely empty except for two patrons drinking at the bar. This joint is a complete joke and it’s no wonder why it’s always empty. I will never come back here and will tell all my friends to stay away.
