I got a coffee regular, a new mango green tea refresher and a bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Everything was good. The refresher was a little sugary. But great to be back at a "Boston" Dunks!!

Coffee is good lately but the English muffins on sandwiches are always stale and chewy not toasted and crisp like other locations. This location has had this problem for YEARS probably because they refuse to use the toaster and use the convection oven for it. nasty and lazy. Other locations do it correctly. I wish I lived near the one near home depot that one is awesome!

would give no stars if i could. the woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my husband. after waiting 15 min for her to even acknowledge his presence she then couldn’t understand the difference between skim whole milk. after repeating himself 4 times saying he wanted skim milk she then started to raise her voice. he has an irish accent but it’s really not hard to differentiate skim milk from whole milk. she then said told him that he was too sensitive after he said he didn’t want the coffee anymore. their customer service is embarrassing.

Update(8/6/2021): I ordered just egg and cheese and they added ham in it which wasn’t in my order. It’s second time already even though I called them to be careful with my order. I don’t eat ham because of my religion. I consider their action was disrespectful toward me. I’ll never order from them again!
This place makes the orders very long. It’s 3rd time I’m ordering from them. They promote that order will take 30 mins but in reality it takes 70 minutes!!!! 3rd time so late. They aren’t responding any calls
