Quick and very good service!
The servers and host are very nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. The food comes out very quick if you are in a hurry.
Food quality is good.
They have a good menu selection.
I will come back to this iHope location again.

IHOP has failed me. I ordered a classic breakfast burrito and buttermilk pancakes. The buttermilk pancakes come with butter and I asked if I could also have whipped cream on my pancakes. My pancakes had no whipped and no butter when they arrived. The breakfast burrito has egg, cheese, bacon, and hash browns. My breakfast burrito did not have cheese and the tortilla was way dried out. Had it sent back. Second burrito had cheese was also very crispy but better. The second burrito also had bad eggs in it. I asked for less eggs in my burrito and more bacon. Burrito was 98% eggs. Chef does not know how to cook a burrito I guess. If you want to get a good, edible, breakfast burrito go to the IHOP in Plymouth near Cape Cod Endodontics. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here. :(((

Food was good. My son got pancakes and hash browns. He loved them. I got over easy eggs and grilled English muffins. They where awesome. The best part of the visit was our waitress. She was the best. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and she brought him out a free ice cream. She said happy birthday to him a few times. She was awesome. Thank you.

Server was so slow, we sat for 10 minutes before seeing a server, then all she said was are you ready to order. Not even a hello. Never came by to ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to order drinks when we put in our meal order and didn't bring the drinks till our meal came out. After our order came the next time we saw her she was giving us the bill. And there was only 3 other tables with people at it. So it was not busy at all. She just looked miserable

1 server was working. He provided the best service 1 man can handle.
Food was made well.
Sudden potent smell... like an overflown septic. Soon gross.
We got to finish most of our plates before the smell reached us....stomach turned a bit (from smell)

My cup was dirty, hash brown not really good (a little raw), only one napkin, and no so much attention to the customer, but after you let them know what is going on, the attention is not bad, but you need to reminder like please refill the coffee, please bring me sugar and stuff like that. I used to love Ihop but I didn’t like this so much.

Do not come here. My friends and I felt like we were an inconvenience and we were not welcome. After ordering drinks we had to ask 15 minutes later for them and then after 40 minutes we had to go ask for our food. Our waitress rolled their eyes over and over again, none of our orders were correct. Waste of time and money
