Bistro Chi

I will have to give this place the least rating. We ordered the chicken and lettuce wraps upon eating we thought that the chicken was stale and had a smell. We decided to return the dish and called our waiter explaining that we didn't like it and thought the food was stale or was uncooked. The waiter graciously accepted our reasoning and took the food back. About 5 mins later the manager come in to check why we returned the dish which according to him was a very popular dish, we gave the same reasoning as we gave to the waiter but he didn't seem to like it. He kept saying maybe the dish was not to our liking and not accepting that there was anything wrong with it. He finally left by rudely taking away our menus without offering any apology or a replacement and throwing the menu in the bar area where all the menus were stacked up. Another waitress came along and told us to ignore him and enjoy our time. Maybe the manager had a tough time that day or he had other issues, but from our perspective that was not respectful behavior. Their food is good barring that one item but I would not go there as long as they have the same manager.

Best Chinese food in the area. I have a hard time finding Chinese food I can eat because I'm allergic to MSG. If you SPECIFICALLY let them know when ordering, they will prepare it without MSG! Sadly this restaurant is permanently closed. :( The city of Quincy decided they wanted to build a parking garage. Ended up closing the best Chinese restaurant in Massachusetts in my opinion.

Tried only for to go. Food is hipster Chinese, with good taste and flavor. Too bad that person on the phone doesn't know how to take an order. I was expected rice with a dish, but ended up with no rice. After calling back, they told me I need to order it with the rest of the food. Well, they need to tell customers that no dishes come with rice in the first place.

Enjoyed an impromptu family dinner here to cap off a cousin's visit from the West coast, and my sister's birthday. They accommodated the last-minute large party with graciousness and every dish that came out of the kitchen was a huge hit. This was definitely high quality, authentic Chinese cuisine at great value in a nice, clean setting. Would love to come back and try the next door Tapas lounge.
