This place is amazing. I've been here quite a few times and I've never been disappointed. The servers are so kind and the food is on another level. Today I came for the lunch buffet and it is awesome! I'm vegetarian and there's an entire table of vegetarian options, along with a smaller table of meats. Oh and there's dessert!

Soooo.... I'll start with what I liked. The entree was delicious. The naan was also good. The mango lassie was nice however it lacked ice(never had it without ice ever) so I asked for some ice and all was right. The complimentary chips were over salted which couldn't be over compensated with dips they came with. Now for the not so liked... We walked in and had to seat ourselves(wasn't busy at all) then the waiter took his sweet time to come back over to get our order(again, not... Busy...) after getting said food and finishing, he packed up the food and interestingly enough must've ran out of styrofoam containers because he put our rice in foil paper... If I'm nit picky, please forgive me. But I've never gone to a restaurant where they pack your food in foil paper unless it's bread. All in all, good food, bad customer service.

The waiter pointed to our seat from the front door and told us to seat ourselves....that pretty much sums up the service at this restaurant..terrible. the starter was awfully salty, I couldn't stop coughing after eating it. The main course was delicious, the chicken was tender and the naan bread was tasty. The waiter wrapped our left over rice in foil paper.....hmmm

Food was great, service was, too. My friend and I ordered the vegetarian dinner for two, $38.95. We got an appetizer, sauces, the best naan I have had in a long time, and 2 veggie mains with rice and dessert! Everything was wonderful! So rich and flavorful. All food tasted fresh. Dining room was clean, well decorated. Bathrooms were lovely. I will certainly return!

I've lived this place for years now. The food is fantastic, and the proprietor friendly. I strongly recommend their chicken tika masala, my whole office was addicted to that in the before-times.

Incredible food. I ordered chicken masala with a medium spice and garlic and herb nan. I have a fairly good spice tolerance so I didn’t feel much of a kick. Though I hear Thai spice is a bit stronger than Indian. Which is what I’m more used to. Everything was fresh and service was great. The place was pretty crowded on a Friday night but there was no need for reservations.

We had been eating here for years as vegetarians and were elated a few years ago to find they had added a full vegan menu so Punjab Cafe is now once again our go-to Indian restaurant. It’s very much worth the long drive for us — the food is excellent. We like the samosas, aloo palak, chana masala, and aloo mutter. And they have vegan bread options, too, so chapati as well. I’m getting hungry writing this. Since the pandemic we’ve been doing take-out, but we are looking forward to being able to eat at the restaurant again because the staff is so friendly.
