Came here during a busy Sunday morning. Not from the area but my third time coming to this Starbucks. I purchased two complex drinks through the mobile app, they were already made before I arrived and they had an orderly queue for mobile orders. The beverages can be difficult to get right but the two I ordered were flawless and impeccable in both taste and appearance. It was very busy at the store but credit must be given to the team, despite all the people and business they were clearly “in the zone”, happy, smiling and working together as a cohesive unit. My impression was that this store is very well managed and organized, and has hard-working committed partners working together to execute on that vision. I certainly plan to return.

dale not only knew our coffee orders without us having to say anything, but know exactly how we like them after weeks of trial and error from coming in here. he makes THE best coffee and we are beyond impressed by the hard work and commitment he possesses. definitely makes our trips here more than worth it. 10/10

I love Starbucks when it first opened up over 10 years ago. I would go every evening for coffee. The staff was wonderful and they became my friends. In the last two years or so the coffee is excellent during the day but when I get it on the evening it’s either cold or bitter and old. I never counted the number of coffee I have thrown out because it tasted disgusting. I have been told that since I go in the evening closer to closing time they don’t brew fresh coffee and I reminded them that I pay the same amount as the customers who can go during the day. I will stop going I can’t keep doing it.

I frequently visit this Starbucks location, and the employees are always so upbeat and enjoyable to chat with while waiting for your order (drive thru). The drive thru line is usually pretty long, but 99% of the time, it goes pretty fast. I've only had one order come out wrong. I couldn't go inside to have it fixed because I was on my way to work, so online customer service issued a refund so I could return again for a replacement.

This is the third time in a week that the lid of my hot coffee won’t stay on the cup. $5 for a cup of coffee and a third of it spilled out. At first I thought maybe I grabbed it by the lid but after the first one I got careful about it and started only picking it up where they put the heat shield and the lid still wouldn’t stay on
