It had been awhile since we had been to this Friendly’s. We were greeted upon arrival and seated within minutes. We had a very interactive waitress who immediately told us about the menu options and Friendly’s rewards program. She was extremely informative and kind. Her name was Kelly and she really went out of her way to take care of us. The sundaes were delicious and made very well. Enjoyed the experience very much and will be sharing our experience with others.

The food was great. Our waitress, Hannah, was amazing. They were very busy but she made sure to give us her full attention, was very nice, and took very good care of us.

Service was top notch. I really hope Friendlys as a company manages to come back and thrive! The kids enjoyed the food and dessert, as did I. I feel like a kid again anytime I visit. Please tip the ladies working here well, they really put up some great service.

For the past few years I have only gone to Friendly's 2-3 times a year. My last experience will have me coming back more often and it was all because of the waitress.
There was a minimal wait to be seated, less than a minute. There hasn't been much of a wait at this location outside of major holidays and events over the past few years.
Our waitress, Makayla was excellent. She was attentive, and a pleasure to talk to(I never did get my basket back... inside joke). She was definitely one of the best waitresses I have ever had at any Friendly's.
The food, well the food 5 years ago was probably the worst it has ever been in Friendly's history. There have been many menu changes and portion changes since then. I think they are moving in the right direction. I was satisfied with the quality and portion size of my food.
I will at the very least have to go back for my basket!

We got take out from here and we are from Massachusetts and I will say this was the best Friendlys I have ever been too. The employees were so nice and every one that walked by us asked us if we were being taken care of. Best customer Service I have seen in a long time. The food was delicious and nothing was missing. It was packed perfectly. I can't remember the girls name who helped us but she was awesome. It's nice to go on vacation and be treated so kindly. We will definitely being going back there when we go to New York. Keep up the good work guys!

The nostalgia of coming to a Friendly’s after not being near one for 25+ years was fun! My girls now love Friendly’s, too. The food was good, the sundaes as yummy as I remember & our server (Nancy) was one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She was attentive, friendly & gave great suggestions. If we are back in this area, we will definitely come back … & hopefully have Nancy as our waitress again! 😁❤️

Yesterday was our best experience at any restaurant!!!!! Hannah was our waitress and we adored her. She was patient, kind, very friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very assertive and made our visit a great one. Our food was hot and delicious; our wait time was minimal, booth was clean, drinks were cold and our ice cream was even better. In fact we enjoyed our meal and experience so much we went back today and Hannah was our waitress again. She made todays meal just as enjoyable as yesterday’s! I highly recommend that anyone thinking of going to Friendly’s on Aviation Rd ask for Hannah. I guarantee she’ll be the best waitress you’ve ever had, which in my opinion makes the experience so much better. Thanks Hannah we’ll keep coming back that’s for sure!

We stopped at Friendly’s for ice cream after shoppers at the mall. We were seated immediately. Kelly was our server. She was friendly and pleasant. Our sundaes were great and the coffee was fresh. We will absolutely stop back when we are in the area. Thank you.
