Taco Bell

This location and the Montgomeryville location are the best Taco Bells. Never had an issue with the orders. Sometimes the burritos and crunchwraps are stuffed and other times there are not. The employees are always pleasant and polite. They seem like they do not hate their jobs like McDonald's employees.

As i was ordering through the drive threw this evening, my car unfortunately stalled on me. Without hesitation, 3 young men came running out and helped me move my car safety into a parking spot. By any means, they didn’t have to , but they did without hesitation and brought my food out to me. unfortunately i didn’t get their names, but i want to thank them again from the bottom of my heart! they deserve a raise!!!

I love this Taco Bell! I've never been inside, using the drive-through instead, but my brother goes often for dining-in and enjoys it. There's never really a long line when I come, usually around late afternoon during the week. My orders have always been correct, and the employees I've met have always been friendly. The food is quick, warm, and good-- it definitely hits the spot when you're craving, well, Taco Bell, haha. I wish they gave you receipts but otherwise I have no complaints and plan to continue coming here. It's the only one around, too, and I love that it's easy to get to and surrounded by other convenient stores so you can knock a few errands out in one trip if needed.

Did my order take a bit longer than expected? Yes. Did I request several customizations? Yes. Businesses are experiencing a shortage of help and the fast food industry is definitely mired in that. Customers can be rude, demanding, and downright nasty. I asked for items made with special changes - it was a large order, too - and it was FLAWLESS. Two counter associates ensured I received my drink cups. Taco Bell is a special treat for me, and this location has been particularly reliable. I use the app to order ahead, then pick up in-store. I know they are overworked and frazzled. I don't think I have the resolve to work as hard as they do, but I appreciate them and I definitely appreciate the heck out of a steak quesarito with abundant extra sauce, as requested. When I need an indulgent treat, I go to Taco Bell. 🌯 To everyone who works at the 1070 S West End Blvd location, I appreciate you and I thank you for putting up with my customization requests. After a hard day/week/month, it really gives me a spot of relief.
