7 minutes before closing, the door was locked. The girl behind the counter literally looked up at me and hurried into the back room and never came back out. We lost the time to go anywhere else. How lazy can you get? Two people's food takes 5 minutes to make. Don't post your hours as 10 if you close at 9:53.
Update: at 10:00, four employees emerged from the back and started doing things around the store, including one who looked like a manager. America's next generation of workers...

Ordered through UberEats and first of all it took about 2 hours to even arrive. Once arriving it was somebody else's order! The guacamole it had was completely brown, this location served rotten food! I will never be earing at this chain again.

How is it possible you consistently forget items or mess up our order. We've called and talked to the manager but it still keeps happening. Your overpriced food isn't worth it when you don't even get a basic order correct more than 20% of the time. Don't go here if you want to be sure your order is right.

I want to update my review on Qdoba restaurant to reflect on what transpired after my initial complaint. Qdoba's corporate franchise reached out to fix my problem, and asked me to come back into the branch so they could right this issue. At the restaurant, I got to speak with Octavio. He was wonderful about the issue, he apologized for what happened and assured me that they take customer service extremely serious. Thank you Octavio and management for reaching out and fixing this problem.

I love Q'doba and the Puyallup store is where I go to get yummy food.
Today, I put in a large order. I was ordering for a friend's family to drop food off for them and food for my family. When I left I was told everything was in the bags. I'm glad I double checked before I drove off. I did a family meal and the salsa, the tortillas, the queso, the pico de gallo and the extra shredded cheese I ordered was all left out of the bag. They quickly gave me everything that was missing, but that was a huge oversight with not checking the order before telling me it was all there.

My husband and I used to order from here all the time, never had a complaint about our order or food but the last 2 months we've ordered a few times and have been missing items and the food has come extremely greesy and sloppy.
