Fastest service I've ran into via drive thru. That's for sure. When I pay, I drive up and it's ready. Nice and fresh. Usually stop here fridays for a quick lunch.

Added two orders of these chicken fries at the window and what they gave us was so stale and hard you could almost break a tooth. Oh and they didn't give us our dipping sauce that we asked for. Why even ask if your not going to give it anyways. To make matters worse you cannot walk it to get what they didn't give without waiting in the drive thru again.

Gross. There was absolutely no carbonation in my soda. It was disgustingly flat. How did they not notice it wasn't carbonated when they made it?? It took way too long to place my order, and my fries were completely undercooked. I love Burger King, but apparently not this one. I won't be back.

The Safeway on 38th avenue in Tacoma is always really good. The hamburgers with cheese arr warm and the cheese is melted and the fries are hot! Now I want a bacon cheeseburger...dang!

I was under the impression when one orders no bread, there is still sauce. Nope, not here, but low and behold you are charged extra for lettuce. Then 1 of my cheeseburgers didn't have any cheese!!! The meat tasted old and was hard. Only got 9 nuggets in my 10 piece and they didn't even give me my sauces for them. Didn't even give me my drinks I ordered. At least they got the heavy pickles right smh. ALSO, they didn't give me my receipt so I could complain to corporate. This is ridiculous!!! get your ish together people! You're running a business. It's NOT hard to make a burger as ordered.
WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. This place is a waste of your money

Went here on 1/2 at 1:40pm and ordered a kids meal, a #1 combo and the bacon bbq chicken sandwich. Received all items except the chicken sandwich. When we informed the employee at the window about the missing sandwich she took our bag back walked to the counter PRETENDED to put a sandwich in the bag and handed it back to us. My wife had to get out of the car and look to realize and walk back to the drive-thru to tell them that they still hadn't put the sandwich in the bag. They then made her prove that she bought the sandwich less than 2 minutes ago.
You might want to reconsider having grown children work at your business if you want to keep it open. Pathetic.

Added lettuce, tomato and onions to my burger but they forgot it.. the drive thru line was atleast 20 minutes long (inside was closed because of COVID) .. I asked for hot fries and the teller took my fries out of the bag and gave me fresh hot fries.. that literally made my day, so thank you to her!!
