Riley was the one I dealt with. First he left 2 items we ordered out of the bag. When we got home and found out we called and he decided it was cool to yell over the phone at me because he forgot to put our food in the bag. We turn around and go back and go though the doors like they told us to, he gives us an attitude the second we walked in. Gave us our food and just walked away didn't even give us the Utensils needed to eat it.

They weren’t wanting to redeem my two free tacos from T-Mobile Tuesday’s even though I Specifically mentioned it right when I came up to counter and showed the app. So I went to Wendy’s ordered nuggets and fries came back to redeem free tacos. Was going to order more from TACO BELL but they have horrible listening skills might come back but might drive farther for better service.

I ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme and my mom ordered two regular beef ones. They specially labeled mine 'black' as in black bean and yet imagine my surprise when I bite into it and there's meat. I've been a vegetarian for ten years so that's just disgusting, that they made such a careless mistake or thought it was funny to do that.

Ordered thru grubhub. Beans in 5layer where not mixed right. They were extremely dry. Soft taco Supreme was only half the tortilla ( sloppy made) and the nacho fries where soggy

I have been to this restaurant a bunch of times and I've never been so upset with the service that I have gotten until today. First the cashier that took our order was completely rude, he didn't read back our order and he didn't tell us our total. The food was old and prepared sloppy. Now I have worked for one of these restaurants in Yelm and I know how the food is supposed to look. I also know how the employees are supposed to treat the customers. They should be ashamed of the food they let leave their store and they should retrain their employees on good customer service.

I come here on my lunch break sometimes and specifically make sure I ask for sauce and they never put it in the bag!!! Thanks ppl, I really love eating a dry taco. You suck, not going back.
