I used to lovethis taco bell as they used to make a taco I really liked tho it's not on the menu anymore. Now they won't make it and they just say they can't. In my experience other locations in the area are better

All I wanted was 3 cheesy wraps, no they give me bean and cheese. Then the lady taking my order gets mad cause she says that's what I ordered. If she didn't have on damn headset doing two things at once she probable wouldn't mess up orders. Then this so call manger(Rob-erta) comes out does nothing to help situation, she tells me to leave gonna call the cops. That's I wanted to do. Here she is posing after that all happened. She should be retrained or fired. Never go here!

Horrible customer service.
Yeah I drive a straight piped diesel, but never have I had someone tell me to turn it off because they can’t hear me. I have been through this drive-through at least a dozen times. How about you get your air pod out your ear, pull your mask over your nose, and make the customer happy.. that’s why Taco Bell hired you.

I live near it so I go there often for dinner when I have late shifts, however, they almost always short me of something every other time I visit. They would charge me for everything I order but wait till I get home and realize they are either short me of a burrito or a taco or cinnamon delight, always something missing. And try calling their number but the number never works.
