I’ve never had customer service issues as some people on here have said, but the line is so incredibly miserable to go through. I’ve experienced it enough times to know it’s just the way it is there and I’m not going at bad times with long waits. The 35 minutes to wait isn’t worth it. I can go to the McDonald’s across town and come back and it’d still be faster.

Waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru, it was so busy. Ordered our daughter her first Big Mac and asked for extra Mac sauce. Came home to find they had put the extra Mac sauce on TOP of the Big Mac. I understand being busy and frazzled, but really??? Pretty disappointed, especially since it was her first and we waited so long (along with everyone else in line)
I am sure we will go to McDonald's again, at some point.

I'd give it a .1 star if that's possible. First they only took cash for some reason. ..ugh it's 2021. Second they made me wait 25 mins for a single big mac! Not coming back.

I just do not understand why the food service time is NEVER fast. Even without dining room being open it takes 30+ minutes to get a burger and fries. Seriously ridiculous. We've tried every time of day to see if it will improve, and never does.

Cold, soggy, greasy and disgusting. The sad thing is these kids taking advantage of not being able to go inside and return your food. This is the 3rd time now having under cooked food. Fair warning I would avoid this place. Real restaurants have to stay closed and suffer while places like this get to produce....what will be coming out at the bottom of your butt. Won't ever return.

Just bought two big breakfasts with hot cakes through drive thru. No utensils and no jelly/jam. They need to slow down and get things right. Customer service is paramount!

Fast, friendly and always smiling. The employees here are happy and you can tell this store is well ran. I drive past 2 other McDonald's just to get my food here because of the staff and the quality of my food. Any time I have a special order item it is always prepared correctly and this is ever so important in this day and age where you cannot enter the building and would have to go back through the drive-thru again. They are fast and my food is always hot and fresh.

I have never been more disappointed in service and quality in my life . The person taking my order was very disrespectful and rude. When I got my food it was stale and cold the order was wrong and missing food . I left rather than even try to get it fixed because I don't think they are professional at all . I have never filled out a complaint in my life . That's how bad it was I'm 46 years old
