I don’t know if they have new management or what but the store seems extremely under staffed the staff they do have seems extremely over worked. I came in today and Wes helped me it was him and one other person. The store manager was no where to be seen what you could see looked like a mess and if it wasn’t for for Wes I would not go back. They definitely need to look into their management and into getting more staff.

The young lady taking and giving orders was rude. It seems pretty clear she dislikes her job. She is not a good fit for a customer service position. I do not know her name but she is working as I am writing this review. The experience was so frustrating I felt like I had to post this now.

Well, It's a McDonald's. Though I will say in my many times going, they have not messed up an order.

They are faster than most McDonald's in the area. And they never get my order wrong. Mobile app ordering is so easy to order and pick up. Located in the Wal-Mart.

Your able to eat inside, but they will "not" turn on the heat it was 58 degrees. They were also out of Cokes

Very good customer service but they got our order wrong again.. and put the remake at the back of the line of orders. Took about 20 minutes for the remake

today I went to this mcdonalds, I ordered a double quarter ponder, one meat was cook the other was raw with blood, i throw up in my car before returning to the store to leave them the raw food and ask for my refund, the clerk who was collecting opened the bag he looked at it and put it to the garbage and told the manager and the manager took the food out of the garbage and looked at it and said that she does not know what happened, but she was at the table making hamburgers, I do not know how she did not see raw meat, this is the second time that it happens to me in this mcdonalds but the other time it was with nuggets, I did not return to the store that time to complain because it was late for me to go to work, but definitely the owner must do something to fix this.
