Indoor dining is back!! 🍔 I'M LOVING IT! 🎵 Excellent service! We ordered at the counter. But there's also standing kiosks for convenience. PLUS: The tables have QR codes that you can scan and ORDER RIGHT FROM YOUR TABLE to have it brought right to you! Haven't seen that at a McDonald's before! Excellent. That's how to do it. The employees all seemed happy to help and the service was good. The bacon double burger is a deal at $2.50! Happy Meal is always a go-to* Fries were nice and warm 🍟 Plus the mcnuggets were good! Lots of dipping options (no extra charge for an extra sauce here! Nice!) *I'm still on the fence about the new "plastic-free toys." Kids don't seem as bothered as I expected that they no longer get a "toy" ... But the old toys usually just got thrown out anyway, so the fact that these new Happy Meal "toys" are made with that in mind is pretty nice. Looking forward to what comes next.

This is the 3rd time in a row (over the last four weeks) that I went to this location, craving a caramel frappe. Only to be told it isn't available. Tonight's excuse was they had no espresso, or ice cream. WhatTheHell. Then, to drive the mere 4 minutes home, to have the fries so old and cold, I could NOT chew them. I should have known better, when I saw how they packaged up my filetOfish.

Normally I don't have much of an issue with this place besides occasional mistakes but ordering from Uber Eats, my boyfriend found not only were there missing items, but my boyfriend's quarter pounder had no top bun, and the entire box was smashed including the messily made burger inside of it. It looks like someone punched it. Definitely filing a complaint.

I have given this location many chances. Unfortunately i will no longer go here. You could spend 45 minutes from entering the drive through get your food, and before you even leave the parking lot realize your missing items you ordered(and then either have to go back through that 30+ minute drive through to get your missing item's). Until something drastic changes i will be driving to a different location to get their food.

Terrible. Fries were cold. Requested extra mustard on burgers with no onions. No mustard. Nothing was labeled. Couldn't tell what was what and girlfriend is allergic to onions. People here are unfriendly. No smiles, and nobody said anything to us really. No, I won't be back. Getting tired of McDonald's always messing up our food. Just going to start going to burger King.

If I could give this McDonalds and their staff a negative ten I would. Don’t waist your time ordering ahead, they will not allow you to come in to pick up your food in the lobby. If you order curb side they won’t bring it to you and are forcing everyone to use the drive through for mobile orders. The lobby’s been closed for the past month. With everyone being forced to use the drive through it’s impossible to get out of the parking lot if you do attempt to use curbside. I can understand being understaffed and not allowing customers to eat in the lobby but pick up orders should still be allowed to be picked up at the counter like instructed on the app. The staff is unapologetic, lazy and extremely unprofessional

I need to run through McDonald's a lot we during swim meets and training stop at McDonalds all over Pierce County. This is the worst ran of them all. It is easy to tell the owner is either grossly incompetent or doesn't care as long as money is being made. The place is poorly managed and has difficulty getting workers to come in. Conversely, another in the Bonneylake Sumner area consistently delivers superior service. The owner there, no surprise knows his workers, what is going on with them, and how the place is functioning.
