Love this place! Great vegetarian options and the pitas are fully stuffed and large. Fresh ingredients that taste great! They also offer a military/veteran discount which I wasn't aware of until my last visit when they asked us if we were military. Showed my VA card and received a 10% discount, I think that's what it was. Quick service and the price is good for the portion size.

Enjoyed my first experience at a Pita Pit last week. Gyros are my #1 favorite food and I was curious how theirs would taste. When I arrived it took less than a minute to begin my order. Both the cashier and sandwich maker were upbeat, kind and friendly to talk with. When I took my first bite of the Gyro, IT WAS FANTASTIC! My meal was overall great and I plan to grab lunch at this location on a weekly basis and to try new sandwiches on the menu. Thanks guys... A+++

I have had a mixed bag here, be warned. When you get one of the good staff members they are friendly, helpful, and happy to make what you like. Once I had one employee working on my order when another (who seemed to enter with the boss I think) came in and started making my second pita (the staff member who had been helping me seemed to apologize to me with their eyes) and they threw together my final pita without even asking me anything! Almost made the wrong one.

What in the actual hell is going on at this store? The two guys working there have no idea what they are doing. I will be posting a picture of the "pita" they made. They both had to have been high. Asked for mayo and mustard guy said okay and proceeded to "roll" up my disaster. No mayo. Had them remake it and they scooped up the inside and placed it in another. while wrapping in the map leaned over onto to my pita. I hope his coat was clean. Worst location I have been to and I cannot believe it is open.

I always love going to the pita pit. I have only eaten the gyro pita (its my favorite). I love the fresh veggies and the sauces. I haven't had any problems with the workers but usually its not very busy but when it does get busy you have to wait a while because it is usually only 1-2 people working.

As a previous employee I can 100 percent agree with Dora's comment. Alex is a terrible boss and terrible person. Not only did I have issues with him taking way too much money out of my paycheck, I also issues with sexual harassment from him. He would do things like grab me and call me honey, sweetheart, cutie, etc. He is beyond unprofessional and it got the the point where my parents, after I quit and he refused to let me come and get my final paycheck, almost hired a lawyer. He was reported to corporate many times but I never received a response or action from them. I should've known when he was almost 45 minutes late for my "interview" which he forgot about, that this job was messed up. The reason I say "interview" is because all he did was open the store look at me and say okay you're hired. He would also according to co-workers, talk about me behind my back asking why my then boyfriend, now fiance (he also worked here) was with me because he could do so much better and I was a terrible person. Very professional. Not to mention when I was a going on a delivery and taking out the allowed two dollars we are supposed to take out as compensation, he ripped the money out of my hand and yelled at me. He was never there and when he was he would have creepy men in there who would stare down the female employees and customers. He trained absolutely no one, and many times forgot, or didn't even order ingredients. In fact it was so bad that he didn't pay the power bill at one point. I do not hate the company, in fact, I love the pita pits in coeur d'alene Idaho, and in Tacoma Washington, and before Alex became the owner of the Puyallup location I enjoyed it there. Now the only reason I will go back is to get my W-2.

Order was wrong owner smelt like pot and the whole store was messy. I had ordered a Dagwood and it was porly made with very little toppings. Also restrooms were not kept up and when I was ordering how I wanted my pita pit to be mode he talk really fast and didn't acknowledge what i was actually ordering almost like he didn't care at all. Horrible customer service, horrible appeal, horrible food, and horrible cleanliness also the plastic containers that hold the food were very dirty and very low never going there again period.

Love this place, the ingredients are always fresh and they never fail to please my tummy. One thing I really like is that they actually grill their falafel as opposed to microwave it, like I've seen other pita places do. Great spot for a quick lunch.
