If I could give them a zero I would. I got nachos delivered door dash today ask them to please separate the toppings from the chips so that my nachos won’t be soggy. Understandably enough right?? Oh no, I have the soggiest nachos I’ve ever seen with the most amount of cheese that I’ve ever seen melted it’s disgusting it smells horrible and look at these wonderful toppings they left for me. I called them to express to them for one you guys have rotten food and you’re using discussing amounts of cheese. I also felt mocked because I gave pretty clear instructions just so I wouldn’t have a soggy lunch so I’m not paying $17 for soggy Nachos. They offered me a free meal there are you serious I will never eat anything else from there. I also want to mention I eat at the other Mazlians I never have a bad experience their food is always fresh is delivered delicious. They need an inspector to come in to this one and see if their food is even fit to serve to ppl because I highly doubt it. It smells as bad as it looks also

For more than eight years I lived with a few miles of this place, yet never visited. On this evening I did, and I should have listened to my spidey-sense as we were basically ignored throughout or visited and we're only serviced when we managed to interrupt whoever was walking by ignoring us. Basically, horrible service from entrance to exit. The food we order was decent but expensive. I won't be back unless it's for an old beer. The beer was cold. That was good.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever received at a restaurant. I ordered chicken tacos, they didn't bring me chicken tacos. I told her I ordered chicken tacos, she said sorry. Another waitress came by about 10 minutes later, and asked me if I didn't like my meal. I said no, it's not what I ordered. She walked away and I never saw her again. It was actually really bizarre the way they handled this? There was no attempt at a correction, and I was still charged. I went with a group of friends, their food was pretty mediocre anyways. The one positive is that we got in right away, but now we know why. We won’t be back.

It's a chain full of the typical, cliche Mexican Food that you expect in the PNW. The menu has a lot of dining options, but it all comes out tasting the same. Probably a great place to watch a Futbol game while having a beer with tortilla chips on a hot day. You might want to pass on extra guac if the one with the heavy salting hand was prepping that day. $70 for a 3 person takeout meal is a little much, but hey, its the world we live in these days I guess.
