We were planning on going to the Boardwalk for lunch. As we wandered by Hooligans, we saw they had a lunch special of chicken salad on a croissant with cinnamon pita chips and a fruit salsa. SO glad we decided to stop in! The staff was amazingly friendly and, the food!! So delicious!! Marie, the local chef, stopped out to see what we thought. She was so kind and thoughtful. She really took the time to talk to us and really appreciated our praise. If you have time, you should definitely go. It's so worth it!

Truly a great experience, we started with the Irish Nachos which are absolutely delicious, potatoes instead of tortilla chips and shredded beef. I went with the Guinness hamburger which I would highly recommend. All the staff were extremely friendly. Will definitely go back when I'm at Put in Bay again.

Megan, the GM, is an absolute pleasure. My husband's burger was slightly overcooked, and she took care of it immediately. She was just absolutely the sweetest!!! The food was amazing!!!! The french onion soup was FIRE. The Ruben was F.I.R.E!!!!! SO SO GOOD. 10s 10s 10s across the board!! Service was a tad slow, however they are short staffed. So show some patience and love to your restaurant workers!!!!!

Came in Saturday night, about 5 of us just to have some drinks. Heard how good it was. Never been treated so rudely by the bartenders! I know it was Saturday night but you do not have to be so nasty! We are a group that tips extremely well. If you don't like your job there are plenty more out there, find one!

Great Irish Pub with authentic Irish food, beer, and spirits. I had the Patty Melt with Pork, slaw, and Mac n Cheese and it had to be the best sandwich I've had in very long time! Staff is very friendly, personable, and great to work with. Food comes out fairly quick, and the prices are very reasonable.

Our server was very receptive and friendly
The food was delicious, the Irish nachos are essentially over loaded potato skins but they are soooo good. The fish and chips are massive. The pulled pork grilled Mac n cheese sandwich was missing something to put it over the top but it was still ok.
And the atmosphere is fantastic

The waiter did a great job ( he has an Irish accent & a perfect match for the restaurant) ,and was very patience with our young grandchildren when ordering!! Everything was hot & delicious 😋. This is my favorite restaurant in Put-in-bay!!
