Dunkin'

I previously ordered from them and my sandwich I was excited to try wasn’t made correctly which can sometimes happen at a restaurant like this. However, what made me give them five stars is the attitude I receive every time I come through the drive through and even the response I was given when voicing my displeasure. I’ve come to this Dunkin almost every single day since moving to the area and only one time did my order not meet expectations, but every-time the customer service was on point. My favorite Dunkin so far. Thank you everyone who works here.

Best DD I’ve ever been to, I’m originally from New England and you can’t beat DD over there, but this location is just special. I get fresh iced coffee every day, and the employees I see are like family now, they all work their butts off while making sure I have a pleasant experience, I come here to relax and enjoy my day and that is exactly what I get, 11/10 for the review. Also the manager Haley is absolutely the sweetest person. She will make sure her store is running beautifully while also making sure each customer feels important. The crew always greets me with smiles and great conversations. Mercedes is one of the workers who makes my coffee almost every day and without her my day wouldn’t be the same. Thank you to the entire dunkins crew for all you guys do.

There was a young lady (blonde hair, didn’t catch her name) taking the drive-through orders today. She was so energetic and sweet she honestly made my morning. The coffees were made perfectly. I do like that they have milk substitutions. It was also really sweet to see that they were celebrating a young man’s birthday who worked there. Highly recommend this dunkin !!
