Vegetarian friendly. The food was amazingly fresh and tasty. We tried 5 dishes and enjoyed all of them. They serve more traditional Chinese food here and not Americanized Chinese food.

A very unique experience! The food was better then I expected. Even stuff I don't like, like cucumbers, I kept grabbing for more. Everything I have tried has not disappointed. Give this place a shot! You will not regret it!

Sichuan eggplant was delicious; spicy and flavorful. Pancake was fantastic. Come for the food; the ambience isn't there yet, as they recently opened.

I went because I heard there was a new restaurant and it was unusual. I am not a "foodie" but this was a whole different side of Chinese food. The presentation was elegant, the taste a wonderful blend of all the factors. No need for salt and pepper. I had the special citrus drink. You can get it cold. I loved it hot. This is a place to take a chance and expand your horizons. Reasonably priced, great staff. Owner is a personable young man. Right now it is easy to get in, soon it won't.

Beautiful interior with wonderful atmosphere. Delicious modern Chinese food. Forget the American Chinese food that you are used to. Plum serves amazing professional quality authentic Chinese dishes. The staff are courteous and attentive without needlessly hovering. My wife and I are going back again and again.

Definitely recommend it! We had the Sichuan-style eggplant and sweet corn soup, and both were very tasty. The serving size is pretty ample - - we both have enough for tomorrow's dinner, too. My partner also got the peach tea and said it was her all-time favorite (which is no light praise coming from her). Plum was great, and Pullman could really use a restaurant like this place to add some variety!

I'm sorry, I don't call good food plain noodles, plain rice, and regular broccoli. I can do that at home. The only thing that has season is the meat. When I pay for my food at a restaurant I am paying for a recipe, not plain food. It was also cold, and dark in there, felt like you was eating in an warehouse or alley. The place and the food looks nice though. Unfortunately, I'm all about taste. Very overpriced. 2 stars for trying though!
