Really good food and service! Loved their specials as well. Food was a little on the salty side but that's a personal preference as my partner did not seem to think so. I went for my birthday and they gave us a free dessert with a candle, how cute! More pricey than other places but would definitely come back. Would recommend the Carbonara and the bread pudding!!

An excellent spot in Pullman! Some of the best food I’ve had in town and great staff as well. If you’re looking to try a lamb dish this is the best place to do it! Not to mention their pita is phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

Omg YUM. The Black Cypress did NOT disappoint! This place was great. We didn't have reservations (it was 1.5 hour wait) but if you had proof of vaccination, we could sit at the bar immediately. Drinks were delicious as was the food. My wife had the pomodoro pasta while I had the roasted chicken. The pomodoro pasta had a great flavor with hints of sundried tomato in it (which may or may not have been an actual ingredient). The huge flakes of parmesan cheese was a nice touch to the pasta. But the real star of the show was my roasted chicken. It had crispy skin and moist meat being seasoned wonderfully. The bed of kale, sausage bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, and almost au jus gravy came together in an incredible way. This the closets southern chicken dish I've had since being back from the south here in WA. Of course we finished out meal with the B.C. Brownie and a couple cups of coffee. For a college town, this was a breath of sophistication and elegance. I would definitely come back.

Super cute restaurant with great food and very kind staff. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and checked on us frequently. I would highly recommend The Black Cypress if you want to go out for a more upscale but delicious night.

Good food, but I really wish they had more vegetarian options or at least a fish option. The only vegetarian entree available was a portobello mushroom. There’s a good amount of vegetarians who despise mushrooms (myself included). I’m also not entirely sure if this even was a vegetarian dish, as it wasn’t listed as such on the menu. There was also sausage in the “bread salad”, which wasn’t listed on the menu. Even though I wasn’t very satisfied with the menu options, we had a good dining experience. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The pita bread and dips were delicious!

If we lived in the area, we would come back every week—it’s just that good. Food and drinks are really good; service even better. Everyone was super friendly and our bartender made great recommendations that took the experience to the next level. Most definitely worth stopping in.

Outstanding food and service!! Without a doubt the BEST LAMB I've had since working for El Gaucho in Seattle. Amazing wine list and craft cocktails. Attentive, seemless service with a genuine smile. Just Go, you won't be disappointed. I guarantee it ❤

2 of our party members did not receive their meals. One opted not to eat while the other chose to take hers to go. Pretty unacceptable for a high-priced restaurant. We were comped a few desserts. The food we did receive was good.
