Big Belly

I live right in town and I used to order from them all the time. They get my order wrong every time, but usually only on small things such as a different or missing topping, and it still always tastes good. They did forget my drink last time and did not offer to give me a free one next time or anything. I know it's just a drink but I paid them for it and I've always tipped well. The older man who delivered it even acknowledged that he forgot my drink but said sorry and just left it at that. I was never impolite and I should have pressed it but he seemed eager to leave and it surprised me. That experience combined with the missing items and an extremely long wait time just add up to a bad review. I will unfortunately not be buying from them again.

The only thing that I ordered that was even worth the 70 bucks I spent was the mushrooms. They messed up my order and therefore I couldn't even eat any of it besides some of the breaded mushrooms. The chicken alfredo tasted out of date somehow, which speaking for itself, sounds unbelievable.. but it was just gross :( like a soured like taste.. The pizza had the wrong toppings, I specified half the pizza for jalapenos and I can't stomach spicy, so that was out the window when I opened the box to find the whole thing was covered. Oh, an let's not forget - the bread with the alfredo was so hard, you could bust a window with them shyts.. I'm truly disappointed with how much money was spent. You'd think for it being so expensive that they'd definitely make it worth the while, but I really don't know what went wrong here. Won't be ordering again. :/

The garlic parmesan wings are probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever had. They taste like they’re soaked in ranch dressing? Not a hit of garlic or parm. to be found. I also asked for extra crispy wings, yet they’re as gooey as it gets. Very disappointing being that it took over an hr for my order to delivered! On top of that, when I called to ask what sauce was supposed to come on the wings, the lady on the phone relayed to me “I’m not a cook and I don’t want to be a cook?” I’m confused as to how that was relevant to my question, but ok!?

Gotten food here a couple times now in order to give it a fair chance. It’s just not good, it’s as if someone with no experience cooking decided to open a restaurant. I’m not trying to be cruel, I really wanted nothing more than to like this local place, but literally everything we ordered every time had been gross.
