Mcdonald's

Just left there were I ordered a large coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugars. I ordered it through the app and was told to park when I went through window. Albeit they have construction going on but the attention to detail on order tracking was abysmal. The drive through girl came to my vehicle and had someone else's order that ordered after me. I told her it wasnt mine and what i was waiting in. I waited 30 minutes after this interaction before I went back through the drive thru and was directed to move along so that they could crane something on top of the building. There were 2 cars who were there before me and one drove back around thr through the drive thri to get her order. The other person walked up yo the door to get his order. There wasn't an apology or anything to compensate me for my wasted time and the horrible customer service they provided me with. You can't pay for the renovations if you don't have any customers.

Google says they are open 24 hours, their signs on the McDonald’s say they’re open 24 hours, but when we pulled in at 11:24 tonight and waited at the drive through, where the menu signs were both on (most locations with common sense turn their signs off when they close) we waited in line and someone drove by screaming out their window “WE CLOSED AT 11:00!” ... okay then, turn your signs off when you close, and update your signs saying when you close, and post signs on your drive through menu with your hours
