Sonic Drive-in

The woman that was working the intercom here was very nice, considering they were having trouble with the intercom system, but times I have went the food was fresh, It was out pretty quick as well... Being busy as they were the 2times me having to be in downtown Pulaski towards early dinner around 3pm and let's say 10:00am the food and service was a true 8 I will be back... But the intercom malfunction was a first I'm sure it is already fixed.....Real Quality and. Great Service

I used the app to make my purchase and was extremely excited that I was able to order a SunDrop at this location with the app. (I wasn't able to at other locations.) I also ordered a burger with many toppings removed and it was made correctly, Mozzarella sticks (they could have been a little fresher, but they were still delicious), and a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge (I'm pregnant...all I wanted was the fudge. Lol) I cannot express how excited I was when I saw how much hot fudge they gave me. The car hop was very friendly. Overall, very happy with my experience today.

Edit: "the app closes before we do". March 1, 2022. 8:21 pm. No in app ordering (showed store closed). No discount at the open store (because the app is "closed"). Bad service, couldn't tell you about current food conditions. Another 1 year Sonic boycott added... After multiple bad visits, I am currently on my second year hiatus from visiting this fine establishment in Pulaski TN. I've had better food and service at other Sonic restaurants though. BTW, the second year hiatus that I mentioned doesn't account for the annual visit of which is to check out if there have been any improvements. I'm currently on 2 visits in two years, but will be back soon and don't have high expectations. I wonder if I will get another automated response... (And shortly after, the "robo-response" at 3:am on a weekday, thanks for the attempted care)
