It’s was absolutely horrible everything was cold and dry very bland no taste and when I called to complain about it to see if I can bring it back and give her a refund she Jackie the owner was an absolute b*+€h about it told me that it was serve as you go everyone gets the same food so no one else has said anything and I get what I got no refunds!!! And then try to tell me that she just ate some of the ribs and they were absolutely delicious and called me pretty much a liar with the food I won’t even feed this nasty s**to my dogs!!! I will never do Business with them again!!

Been meaning to try it for a while but always appeared very busy and my luck time is usually pretty limited. Had hot roast beef potatoes green beans and carrots...OMG you would have thought I had just sat down for Sunday dinner at G'mas! Large portions that tasted and appeared to be so homemade I looked to see if there was a garden close by! All this plus FRESH blueberry cobbler! Yep I'll be back soon! I usually don't post pictures because it didn't do the food justice but decided to this time.

First of all, service was awesome. Lighting is chill, seats are comfy. Friendly BBQ diner vibes. Brisket is phenomenal, fried green tomatoes are great! This place hit the spot. Huge portions! Options family friendly. And there's a bear.. and other various stuffed animals hanging out. My kid named the bear Meesha. We will be back Meesha! We miss you already 🥴

We were looking for some good Tennessee BBQ and an “anniversary date” for our 45th! In town for the Diana Singing! We circled the restaurant a couple times before we found it! I’m so glad we didn’t give up! THE BEST BRISKET I HAVE EVER HAD!!! So much flavor! The sauce was awesome! The cucumber salad reminded me of what mama made! We definitely left full to last all night to sing at Diana! The service was spot on! The atmosphere was busy And I could tell it was a good local place everyone went to! I hope to visit it again!!

Hickory House has been one of our favorite restaurants for 40 years. I was thrilled to discover that an authentic Long Island Iced Tea was not a lost art. Not possible to get a good one anywhere else in Pulaski or Lawrenceburg. Normally I would rate them a 5, but tonight it seemed that two hamburger steaks were really low on the agenda. We ordered them cooked medium and they were brought to us totally burned. The underside on the the plate was so charred it was not possible to cut it. The top side was a Very Well Done with black crunchy edges. We should have sent them back, but they were too busy to start over. We asked for a box and brought them home for the dog to eat.

Best steak place I've been to. Very local. I didn't actually think this place was that professional at first but the waitress is super nice and always checks one us. The steak is hella expensive but it's actually the best ribeye I have eaten ever. Well worth paying for it in my book. Everything came out fresh and hot for us. They got us our checks in a timely manner. It's great. I don't really make good reviews all that much but this is the only restaurant I've been to in a long time that actually serves quality steak.

Great steaks and great BBQ, nothing I've ordered from here has been bad. The seasoning in the steaks is really good, steaks are cooked the way you order and very juicy. The BBQ is rich in smokey flavor. Their peach cobbler is fantastic, Great service, friendly, courteous and fairly quick too. My tea glass never gets below half. Give this place a whirl, 2 thumbs up.
