If I could give zero I would. Ordered online. It said our pizza was being quality checked at 5:11pm at 6:14pm I called and was told they couldn’t find out how long my order had been sitting there but it would be delivered soon. He said the app is never correct and they can’t do anything about to. I asked would a discount be possible because of the wait and misinformation online. I was told no not possible. We ended picking up the pizza. Yet to taste the pizza and honestly a bit worried since it has been almost 2 hours since ordering. Will never order from location again. The app is inaccurate. Bad business dominos.

Dominoes was a major disappointment for us. We placed a large order online for my 3-year-old son’s birthday party. We received an email confirmation, etc, yet the pizza never came. When my husband called, the phone operator said they missed the order, and it would be at least an hour before they could send out for delivery. Smack in the middle of a backyard birthday party with hungry kids, we had to scramble and get food elsewhere. My son was also very sad because he really wanted pizza for his birthday.

I’m in shock how fast and how good my order was. I made my order online at 6:57pm and it was at my door by 7:35pm. Talking bout fast service. Thank u doninos for giving great service. 👍🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

This location cancelled my order after having placed it. Now I have to wait 3-4 days for my money? Because they wanted to close early. Worst pizza place in Austin.

Worst experience ever. Everything was wrong, pizza was not cut, not what I ordered, no dipping sauce, called the store and was told you get what you get. Person that answers the phone was horrible. Don’t wast you time or money. Sad

Usually super fast, usually get the orders correct, usually great delivery folks.
When they miss, they miss all of the things at the same time... so there's that. I'll take that risk to have a pizza at my door in ~20 minutes from ordering!

Several occasion taken over an hour to receive my pizza. I tried calling over ten times no answer or would ring a couple times then after started going straight to a vm. Someone finally answer and I spoke to them the problem and they just hung up. Tried calling back and straight to vm. I tried calling another location to see if they might be able to get a hold of the store for me the employee at the Slaughter location told me that they have been getting a lot of calls about the store on William Cannon and at that store has been getting a lot of issues and that they were sorry but they couldn’t help me out because that store was owned by a different franchise owner. If they’re getting so many issues so many complaints and this is happening numerous of times I don’t understand how come no one has done anything about it and why the store is still open, when we could have better service from a location that actually cares. The slaughter location is about five minutes away from my house they are amazing I wish I’d had the option to deliver from them instead

If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. I ordered at 12:19pm—it is now 3:36pm and I still do not have the order and was sent straight to recorded message—have been on hold with the store for 1hour and 4 minutes! This is my second call on this order, as it shows the order was delivered and it has not been delivered. I was not given the option to cancel the order and get a refund the first time I called today so I am still on hold waiting to talk to a manager, if anyone actually answers the phone.
The first time I called, the girl that answered said “everyone and their mother ordered the same time you did and I am by myself. I am 21 orders behind. You’ll get it when you get it.”
Not a person that belongs working with people!
