What a great place for a quick lunch! I tried the grilled chicken sandwich on gluten-free bread and it was so yummy! They even carry gluten-free cookies <3 Great prices too. I will definitely be coming back!

Simply wonderful! Nice use of space and trendy but homey decor! Nice loft area to sit with a group of friends or have a small business meeting. Chai tea was delicious! Owners, Dave and Victor, were very welcoming and friendly! They even have an outdoor seating area where pets are allowed. Will be back to try some sandwiches and muffins! Pueblo needs this new coffee shop!

Just happened to be walking around and saw this coffee shop. Went in and cool little place (lots of area to sit), ordered and was very impressed with everything we got! Friendly staff as well.

By far my favorite coffee shop in town. The coffee the food the ambience are all top shelf. The staff and in particular the owner are delightful and friendly. I also appreciate the support of the local artists with some beautiful and eclectic work displayed. Looking forward to years of patronage 😎🙏❤️

Really cool local coffee shop! I got a smoothie and it was really good. I sat and visited with a friend. It was good vibes in there. There is stairway and upper balcony sitting area above the door that is sort of cool. I sat downstairs inside by the cashier's desk. The seating was like a window seat with cushions. The whole vibe is like shabby chic. The windows are good-sized and lots of sunshine in there. There's political signs in there. I think political people like this place. It's near the big new courthouse so alot of lawyers go in there probably. I saw some people in suits go in and out. That cool cheese shop is next door too.

Squawk Coffee is a hidden gem of the coffee bean here in Pueblo. A little off the beaten path of Starbucks and the Daily Grind*, Squawk Coffee offers a new aromatherapy for the caffeine seeker. With a cozy interior and a loft for reservation the building offers a pleasant atmosphere. The space opens up dramatically when the weather warms up as the outside court is very inviting. In the early morning I hear there are yoga meet ups during the spring and summer. And interesting factoid: the history of a coffee shop in this building is extensive. The most recent owners have been using the same bean roaster for about 14 years! It is called Keva bean company. They air roast the beans instead of using the commonplace metal roasting technique. This reduces char taste and creates an equal roast over each batch!

Nice, trendy coffee shop conveniently located in downtown Pueblo. Indoor and outdoor seating. I met a friend for lunch. They have healthy, delicious salads and a great selection of cold teas. Highly recommended!

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but that’s ok because this adorable shop has the best smoothies! Unfortunately I live in Denver so I don’t get to enjoy them as often as I would like. It’s one of my favorite places to stop in though when I am in Pueblo. The owner and her staff are super friendly to top it off!
