Ok where to start? The staff were friendly and the atmosphere inside was actually pretty nice. They have a good selection of drinks there which was nice. I ended up getting the brisket with patoto wedges and Mac n cheese. Now for the food the brisket was ok, not the best I've had but it wasn't horrible. The brisket was chewey and tough and could have stayed in the smoker alot longer. The potato wedges were just nasty they basically chopped up a potato into cubes and called them wedges. They were over cooked and hard. The Mac n cheese was actually pretty decent. Overall couldn't justify the price I paid for what I got.

One of the better Mom and Pop BBQ joints.
Ribs meat just feel off the bone.. Got a bake potato with pull pork. Very good!!
Banana pudding was really good also

The food- amazing! The atmosphere- pretty awesome! The young lady at the front with long hair and earrings- very welcoming, helpful and kind. However, as my family and I were eating we dealt with 2 other young ladies exasperated to help us and then they sat down to eat and were making jokes or speaking about my family when we never even said anything to them about their demeanor. Wish the over all experience was better. Would we probably eat there again? Yes, but probably not inside.

Super duper friendly staff, EXCELLENT BBQ, a whole bunch of sides to choose from, some really tasty looking desserts, and all for a reasonable price! No fake BBQ here!

By far the best BBQ in Pueblo! All their sauces are amazing, and meat is just as good. Mac and cheese is also amazing (for being Mac n Cheese). Wait times suck when they’re busy…but it’s worth it once you get the food.

Really not worth the $$$. For $8.49, the pulled pork sandwich was only the size of a small burger at Wendy's. Paid extra for a side of onion rings, there were only 4 small onion rings in my bag! Flavor is just so so, Sweet baby Ray's sauce from the grocery store has more flavor and you can get a whole bottle for 2 bucks. For a family of four we paid over $44 and this did not include any beverages. But did include one side of onion rings. My recommendation is skip it, save your hard earned money. Your family will still be hungry!

Called to place order girl was very difficult and didn't want to sell me anything changed order 4 times and then finally canceled the order. Called Adams ribs and they were able to assist in placing order in under 5 minutes
Got 5lbs pulled pork and 5 lbs brisket.
6/17/2022 fathers day weekend no pork available 😢 😞 😔

Horrible customer service the moment my boyfriend walked in the ladies were very rude!!! We ordered pulled pork sandwiches that were soggy immediately the manager said how long were they siting there??? The pulled pork was flavorless the potato salad was mush and a very little portion as well as our mac and cheese ! We paid $45 for 3 soggy sandwiches and skimp sides which is ridiculous!!! Also my potato wedges were burnt and not fully cooked not sure how you burn something and it not be done. When I called to talk to the manager he was very rude said welp sorry nothing I can do about it. I NEVER leave a bad review unless service and food is bad.. I would highly recommend not eating here. We will never be back and you should probably treat people with kindness word of mouth goes far in this town!
