Chipotle Mexican Grill

First off I walk in to a girl who doesn't have any manners. If I owned this establishment I would be very disappointed in my staff. Or have an actual trainer instead of the same meek employees.. the girl asks what I want, I take a second, (still looking at menu not busy) she puts her hands down frustrated it seems so I order. But wait she has to yell at a new employee who walks in ERIC! Ignoring me, my order But she demands he takes over, wow so friendly,, so now Eric is putting meat on my burrito looking at this girl CO employee. Puts the tip of tongs in the meat puts it on my burrito. Looks like a tablespoon. I inform him, tell him he barely put any on. He then argues and says they're all portioned the same. I saw whatever give me double meat then. After I get finished he starts wrapping my burrito, wait Eric it's falling apart. Can you please rewrap it, he starts to argue, I repeat myself then he tells the girl who told him to take over, can you just wrap this for me. Then proceeds to lean to her ear & mumble saying negative comments about me. Doesn't expect me to be staring him down while listening to him bad mouth me. I then get my burrito wrapped with another burrito after the girl gets frustrated and just says aww it's all juicy that's why.. so she just slabs another tortilla over it. What a joke. Pueblos finest..

Went in at 930 on a Friday to get a chicken burrito. They were out after the customer in front of me and wouldn’t make anymore. If you close at 10 maybe have enough product until 10. Some people work until 9 and want to get something to eat on their way home. Next time I feel like spending my money I will go elsewhere. Btw. Pueblo Chipotle is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. They have messed up my order every time I have gone there. The owners obviously don’t care about the quality of their food or appearance. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and go somewhere else. These guys are 100% trash

Good food but DO NOT order online before going. We've ordered online three times in the past month and you have to wait in the online order line and sometimes they don't make the food till you get to the front of the online order line, and last time they gave us someone else's food. I mean their food is amazing, it's just complicated and time consuming to get.

We eat at chipotle a lot, this is the worse ran chipotle in Colorado! There is never more than one person on the line, even though the line is out the door, and the other employees are all standing around goofing off. Again with the line out the door, this happens EVERY time we come to this chipotle. We’ve been in line for 40 min and are still not at the counter. Go to any of the other restaurants near!!
