Came here for a work event and it was great! I would highly recommend the Pueblo Green Chili soup, it was absolutely phenomenal. I also had the Turkey Bacon Sandwich which was good, but again the green chili soup was the real deal. One of my coworkers got the slopper and said that it was also amazing. I know I will be back!

Brues Alehouse Brewing Co My family of 3 stopped at Brues on Sunday evening at 8pm expecting a closing time of 10pm. Unfortunately, we were turned away due to a closed kitchen. I used the reservation service on their website to reserve a spot for the following evening. I wasn’t prompted to choose an outside table, so I was disappointed to learn outside seating wasn’t available to us. The interior environment is just a bit busy and loud. Our server was attentive, made wonderful suggestions, and though our food took a very long time (1:15) she made sure we were not forgotten or anxious. We opted to have two Absinthe Forgotten mixed drinks and split our choices of margarita shrimp tacos, fig burger, fries, and a salad. The drinks were absolutely delicious and perfectly created! So impressed. The food was also delicious and the portions above average. The tacos were so fresh and overstuffed. The burger was generous as well. Cost: $75.00 While we will definitely be returning for the outside experience I do feel that without our determination to be customers the business would have easily lost a loyal family of returning business. The overall guest experience is underwhelming at best.

Excellent, laidback atmosphere. Built in an old police precinct next/on the Pueblo Riverwalk. Was caught up in socializing didn't get to take pics of my food. I ordered the Musso Farm Burger and I'll tell ya, hands down best burger in the state. And that has much to say. My wife ordered the Alehouse Burger and the garlic aioli is delicious. Everything is made in house, including their ketchup, had a nice, fresh distinct flavor. Also, ordered green chili on the side and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, flavorful and spicy!! I love green chili and this is one of the best if not the best of all the green chilis I had. Will go again next time in Pueblo and try out their French toast or their breakfast burrito.

Had a wonderful time here with my friends. I got the shrimp tacos. They were delicious! Ryan made me a wonderful iced caramel macchiato. I love the atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Nice brews, good atmosphere, great staff and tasty food. The gluten free options are actually gluten free, so rest assured if you are celiac, the food is safe to eat - separate fryer for example. I can't overstate the service we received - good stuff!

Worth the wait! Brues was busy when we visited on a Saturday evening bit was totally worth the wait. The beer is high quality with a variety of types and guest taps. Bartenders were helpful and courteous. We ordered the Bacon Chile Cheddar Burger and the Vegan Avocado Tacos for dinner. The tacos were delicious. Fresh avocado covered in a light breading on green chile tortillas. The burger was the winner though! So much flavor in the meat alone, plus the additions made it even more tasty.
