Very disappointed. Messed our order up twice drive thru. They forgot our fries and I should of double checked again cause we get 5 miles down the road they gave us the wrong fish sandwiches. My husband ordered Spicy fish sandwiches and got classic they were rude when they brought it out . She said what the order was he says we ordered large fries he was going to pay for it she walks away rude and another person comes out and we ask nicely we need ketchup cause they did not put it in when she asked what sauces we needed ketchup was only one. So he rudely gave the fries to my husband and my husband goes inside to get ketchup. Your place of business needs to learn customer service and smoke being rude will only loose customers cause we go through here a lot but I assure you w won't be back.😡

Unfortunately was the worst experience I have had. The young lady refused my coupon that I received in the mail 3 weeks prior to my visit. She told me it had expired in 2021. Then was not going to give it back. When I told her she would return it if she was not going to honor it. She then started throwing my order on the counter. Ended up with the dipping sauce spilling out of its container and all over the bag.i am in customer service and this is not how you act.

Customer service was lacking tonight.. normally don't have an issue, but they added an extra fry to my order. I don't ever order curly fries. My drink was just carbonation.. so I sat an extra 15 minutes in line to get it fixed (not that I cared about that part) but the workers just seemed really irritated that I wanted the order fixed, I get its an inconvenience for both of us, but I just want what I'm paying $25 for.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed they were getting orders out. I was hesitant, as I pulled into a long drive thru line, but the cars seemed to be moving relatively quickly. I placed my order, and while he was grabbing ketchup, I noticed there was only 1 order off crinkle fries in the bag, looked at the receipt, and noticed he didn't catch when I said 2, apparently. I said there was supposed to be 2 orders of fries, so please ring me up another, if that's possible. I was hesitant to say anything, because I didn't want to hold up the line, but they got my second order of fries to me rather quickly. Kudos on the fast service, but my Bacon Beef & Cheese sandwich was a bit... Idk; sloppy, and I didn't eat the entire thing because it was falling apart. Oh yeah, and the fries tasted like the oil was really old; couldn't finish them either. Otherwise, I would've given 5 stars

More expensive than I'd like to see but then again what isn't. Id like to see them have an app with deals and offers like the other fast food competitors have. Food is good. Service isn't usually fast but ok

If that’s Wagyu for their burger, then I guess that I will pull a crawdad out of a ditch and call it the best shrimp that I have ever had 🤣 At least, the mozzarella sticks were fresh and good, not so much their dipping sauce.

Amazing customer service. I got a French dip meal and my au jus sauce was not there when I got home. I called up and they were happy to fix it immediately and gave me a whole new hot sandwich for the inconvenience.

Food was overcooked and beyond dry. I could not even eat my meal. The bathrooms stank and were not clean... I observed the men's restroom, and my girlfriend told me that the women's restroom with horrific as well. The employees were in the back yelling at each other and goofing off more than working.
