We loved this location! The food was great and quickly delivered. The owners and staff were super friendly -- they talked with my young daughter for a long time and were really kind and interested in her. She really appreciated how kind they were.
It can get busy in summer evenings with BYU camps and things, but I believe they are working to make the location bigger to accommodate that.
We really loved this location and plan on going again soon!
My wife and I just went through the drive through and the service was exceptional! Even though the employees were working on the 4th of July, they were very positive and friendly. They let us use our starving student card and when we originally asked if they offer pup cups, they said no. However, as they were handing us our food, they also made an ice cream cone just for our dog! The fries were hot and the hamburgers were delicious.
Dairy Queen has been a beloved franchise in my book for a long time. This particular location JUST opened after a few years of temporary closure, and is still trying to restaff, retrain, and reestablish its business. That said, despite the long wait and small slip-ups, the staff was very kind and very willing to help if you're not satisfied. Not the best food but a great experience.
I've gone to this location twice since it's reopened. The first time I wasn't impressed. I went today and they were much better. Everyone was happier and more experienced so things went faster. The food was hot (in a good way)
Newly remodeled. The remodel is nice, it’s very clean and has a more open floor plan. They are still ironing out some of the kinks of reopening, but the service was great, the food was delicious, and overall I had a wonderful Dairy Queen experience.
