The location allows for pleasant ambiance inside or out. This is not a 4-star type eatery; it feels more authentic in terms of real Mexican food. I ordered a Gringa, and one taco al pastor. Both were cheap: Gringa: $3.75. Pastor: $1.25. They carry both Mexican soda products chilled in 1/2 liter sizes [saw Coke and Pepsi], plus a typical soda bar. Nearby the soda bar is a small station where one can load up on limes, and several salsa's. I saw salsa verde, red sauce, and pico de gallo. As my food looked just fine without, I grabbed a few limes to drizzle the two parts. Both were pleasant. The seasoning of the meat was not overwhelming [like some gringa's I have had in Mexico], and the cheese was plenty melted, the cilantro on the fresh side. My recommendations: Sweet Bro's: Leave it. You'll prefer a Costa Vida scene. This is more gritty-type food. Foodies: come enjoy the pleasant change of scene, spacious setting & few hipsters.

I don't know of a better place to get street tacos. Diego's is so good, I'll actually go into Provo to get it.

Some of the best Mexican food around. Try the carne asana burrito, beef chimi, or the flaunts. You will not regret it!

If you are looking for "real" Mexican food, this is about as good as it gets. Since getting back from Mexico I have been looking for somewhere that makes tacos the right way, and this is the closest I've seen by far. Great people, great food, highly recommended.

They are now located on the south side of 300 N between University Ave and 100 W. My wife and I love the Paco Taco meal
