Great view and great food. Sharing dishes is a good ideas as the portions are big. Had clam chowder for soup, salad to share, Oyster Rockefeller and Mack and cheese crab (I always thought of Mac and cheese as a burger from McDonald’s.

Such a great spot to enjoy some delicious chowder and lobster treats, plus you get to take in the beautiful sights! Love having an express version by the sea!

Lobster rolls are one of my absolute favorite foods and I got the best one I’ve ever had from this place. It was a little pricy, but totally worth it. The hot lobster roll I got was market price and I paid $34.24. The service was also great. The owner came over and chatted with us while we were eating and was very friendly. I will definitely be back:)

Frica and Jordan we’re both totally awesome today. The food was absolutely delicious, the service and the hospitality five stars. It was a busy sunny lunch hour, and these two folks were super friendly and Frica was really patient, explaining various combinations on the menu. My warm lobster roll was enormous, the clam chowder was piping hot, and my husband’s blackened tuna sandwich was perfect. Highly recommend the lobster pot Xpress, with water views, when you are in Ptown!!!

The lobster roll was fantastic! My friend who was visiting from out of town mentioned at the counter she hadn't had a New England style lobster roll before and the woman working gave recommendations, was engaged on where she was visiting from and just overall so friendly and hospitalitable!
Great seating too! A good option if you can't make it to their restaurant location around the corner.

It was a little pricey but so worth it! The lobster rolls were phenomenal! There are picnic tables on the beach close by to enjoy your food!

So awesome there’s a spot with a counter service Lobster Pot option! The Lobster Reuben & Lobster Salad sandwiches not only got the job done, but left us wanting more! Can’t say enough good about them and the consistency they provide.

The food was amazing, although disgustingly expensive. I do recommend. The breading on the clam bellies was delicate and crunchy with no bad fat flavors. It was just perfect. We will return.

Very very tasty
The bun was special and delicious
However, a small dish for the price of 31$

Excellent lobster rolls with a good amount of claw meat! We ordered ahead via the website and the wait was only 5min.
Only 4 stars because the seating there wasn’t great and it was pricey at $32 + tax per lobster roll. While it’s market price, it would have been nice to have an option other than potato chips to go with it so you’d feel like you were getting more for your money.
