Bought an icee drink and they gave it to me in a 12 oz instead of a 16 oz cup. I had to tell them several times that the cup was wrong. I was told that the manager says it’s supposed to be in the first cup 12 oz. However it’s advertised as 16oz on the storefront window from Corporate! This tells me they have been giving people smaller sizes all along. Eventually they finally gave me the correct size, 16 oz after I insisted.
So, make sure you look on the bottom of the cups and check what size it is before you purchase…

Every time you step into the establishment your feet stick to the dirty floors that have never been mopped. Staff is straight out of the movie Waiting. Fifteen employees leaning on counters, too busy talking to ask you why you’re there.
Can’t expect much from Burger King however this BK is especially bad. My French fries tasted like fish. my chicken fries were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. I tried to give them to my dog who even sniffed them and walked away they were so disgusting. My sprite was red and tasted like Powerade. I’m going to assume the soft drink lines have never been cleaned just like the sticky floors.

First and last time I go there. I went there today April 9th around 10:30pm and the employee from the drive thru was acting like she was tired. I won't hire a person that show they clients they are tired. I think a business should always get someone who makes them money not a person who makes you feel like omg you too...and she on the head sets asking "something else?" with a tone with an actitud. If you don't want to work in a fast food restaurant don't work! Plus 2 of my 4 sodas wrong when it was easy doing 4 sprites. And I had 2 orders of nuggets and don't know why she even asked what kind of sauce, because she never gave it to me. I had to go thru the drive thru and she looked at me like are you serious? Well yes I am paying for something that I would like to recieve plus one of those orders of nuggets was for my son. I worked for 7 years at a fast food restaurant and I just don't understand how this things happens. Cold fries, hard and cold nuggets and my mothers fish sandwich cold and hard. Bad costumers service. Sorry but terrible.

Asked for the burger to be well done which, unlike when I used to work in fast food back in the day, doesn't mean throwing a frozen patty on the grill, it means "nuking" it in microwave, but as I'm eating and talking I happen to pick at and inspect it, bad idea, which is why I usually just eat ff meat quickly, and see not only was it not well done but.gross pink and grisly in center. I officially resolved then to no longer eat burgers except once a year at summer cookouts, 90 % lean. I quietly showed manager who is a friendly and accommodating man, offered replacement of course declined. Kept the receipt for 2 weeks in case I was unlucky patron who got any ailment associated with pinkish beef

Got a large double whopper meal. Cost me 16 dollars to get a large cup of mop water and a burger that was sloppily put together half of the burger being ice cold. This isn’t the first time having a meal from here that was terrible, but it will be my last.

How do you not have a working bathroom! Not just one, but, both!?.. shame on you! It's a brand new building! Where are the workers going? How are they washing their hands!?.. with no working bathroom you should close!!!
