I lived very close about a year ago, and I was here at least once a week(it's been about 9months since I've been) place is on the cozier side and has off street parking lot. I liked the decent food, good amount of hookah flavors, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. IMO the interior layout/seating could of been improved, but I've seen much worse 😆... It got pretty busy on weekends at times but not too overwhelming or crazy. I liked going on weekday nights, the vibe was always very chill and laid-back..yet I did go quite a few weekends also.

I never complain about a place coming from someone who works in the service industry, but my god worst experience. Not enjoyable. First went to the bathroom, the toilet seat wasn’t even connected, toilet clogged and pee all over the seat. Am I not supposed to use the bathroom the whole time? Second, the music continuously changed as if someone was playing it on their phone. But most of all the service was just not right. When 2 people order food (the same food), it should come out at the same time, not 1 and then 10 minutes later, the next. I finished my drink and really wanted another one, but my server was no where to be found. Finally ready to leave, had to get up and ask my server for my check and boxes as she was sitting on the bar drinking. Never will I return.

Customer service was terrible. Nobody was attending to our hookah, there was one coal on the hookah and my friends & I were trying to get their attention for about 15-20 minutes for them to put another coal or fix the hookah but they kept ignoring us or walking away saying they’ll take care of it but never did. Took a while for them to finally fix it. Music kept getting paused every 5 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

absolutely ADORED this place! My summer coworkers and I met up here for some hookah and drinks and was totally worth while. Clean bar, great hookahs, and excellent service. The pitcher of margaritas are worth it, you won't regret it.

Worst service I've ever had being here! Sat at the bar and you would think someone would be helping us constantly but are coals burnt out with no service for over 45 minutes. Had to flag down a bartender just to get our check. Only one girl was super helpful and she wasn't even our server. I loved coming her but since the fire the place has not been the same most likely won't be coming back!

Jamra has been my go to bar for years. I couldn't ask for better service from my two favorite bartenders Bianca and Jackie. They always take care of me and all of my friends. I love the atmosphere that they create for the customers and all of my friends enjoy coming out with me. Jamra is hands down the best hookah lounge in RI. They're affordable and provide service with a smile. What more could you ask for?

This place draws a college crowd mainly as it's located close to PC. I picked up food one night after work. I ordered a sandwich, which was pretty good, but a bit on the small side. Prices are decent.

Customer service was good. Gave a good tip to the waitress because she was awesome. But woke up with a hangover head ache from the so called grey goose I ordered. Beware of fake drinks.
