Taco Bell

Trust me. This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. This isnt just a single visit review. I live in prosser. I come here once every 6 months hoping maybe better management has come thru and straightened this place out. You can count on at least 2 of the following when you order... Cold food(not warm, I mean actually refrigerator cold), missing ingredients to orders that weren't changed from menu, missing items ordered and paid for in general, extremely over cooked meat, extremely under cooked meat, terrible customer service, being sick after you attempt to eat your order.

If I could score less I would. Terrible service. Not able to provide correct change for items purchased. No menu's available at the drive thru window for walk up customers. No inside service available. The topper is order to Burrito Supremes. Should not be difficult. Nope fail again. Received two Taco's. Sadly this has been a questionable service store in the past. Thought perhaps improvements might have been made. Sadly not the case. Ownership failure obviously not offering leadership to the management. Just a terrible experience all around. Learned my lesson never again. With service and attitudes displayed today. Might explain inability to hire or retain quality employees or management.
