Today 2/10/22 the front end lady at 8am treated me like I was in her kitchen. Very welcoming and asked me to try my hot beverage in case it needed anything. The bathroom were clean and Smelled good.

a young lady named Julissa is always so disrespectful, she closed the window while we were asking her a question, pretty much threw our bag at us. Lots of people in prosser know her for being absolutely disrespectful. I always hope she’s never there when we go order food at our local McDonald’s.

For a McDonald's they do a great job. Place is clean with a good play structure. Staff was polite, professional and pleasant. The cashier even compared a coupon I had against a special they were offering to see which would be the better deal. Service was likity split. I would shop here again.

You could tell that the beef patties were Reheated. Absolutely not edible. The fries had 0 salt on them. Unedible

Made me use the kiosk order my hot fudge sundae ridiculous I'm not into the kiosk and don't feel I should have to use it. so after figuring out how to place my order I had to turn around and go right to the cash register to pay cash then the guy said he would make it right away 4 minutes later I look over my hot fudge Sunday is sitting on the counter melting oh sorry he says whatever over it. Oh and does that hot fudge sunny look like the one in the picture No!!!!!!!

6-25-18 Again, I love the self ordering kiosk. There are options available that I did not know about for customizing your burger and other good and drink customizations. Thank you to the people working here for fixing my dinner today. 👍👍
6-13-18 Possibly the nicest McDonald's I've been in ever. Love the large self ordering kiosk and that the manager came to help me with it and that you can Google pay at the kiosk. Very well done Mikkee dee.
