Burger King

Went through drive thru around 730 this morning. Ordered 2 #3 one without cheese. Both sandwiches had cheese on them and all our food including the hashbrowns were cold. Not cool or kinda warm... cold! The kid at the window collecting the money was very short. Shutting the window before I could say anything. Very disappointed. Fortunately McDonalds is across the street and was able to make us breakfast that was actually hot.

I didn't catch the ladies name who was running the front counter but she was awesome, I had my 9 month old daughter and she went up and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had some assistance getting setup and bringing our food out to us. Dont usually go to burger King but it was a wim and will definitely go back because of experiences like this.

Went there with family to get a meal for dinner asked for everything I wanted with specific details and got the complete opposite and my chicken sandwich wasn’t the correct one and completely plain and dry. This is not the first time they messed up my order & when I called to explain the person who picked up the phone said “I took the order and u asked for what u got I didn’t mess up” basically saying he did it right when everything was wrong besides jalapeño bites witch no one can mess up. DO NOT recommend going here at all. Rude service!

We stopped at the Burger King at the Prosser rest stop today 10/22/2020 at 3:00pm and ordered a Chicken sandwich meal and a Whopper at the drive thru. as we pulled away i noticed that they hadn’t given me the drink so we backed up and asked where the drink was. she was a little put out and checked out our ticket then shut the window, a few min later she comes back with my Coke. i didn’t take a sip of it till we got on the road but when i did it tasted like soap. i kid you not, she put soap in my drink. unbelievable. i will be checking to see if this gets to the manager.
