Subway

The store had only one employee who was not properly trained. We had made an on line order which was supposed to be ready at 5:45. It was not ready when we arrived at almost 6:00. We ordered a breadless bowl and he did not know what it was. They also were down to only wheat bread, no others. He ignored the on line orders and continued to help the in store customers. He had to call someone to refund an on line order when he told that customer he would wait on the in store clients first. Where was the manager? There is no excuse to have only one employee on a Saturday night! Nor is there any reason to not properly train the employee who were there. especially before you leave them alone!

Although all subway franchises have the same ingredients and menu not all subways sandwiches are identical. Sometimes you get places where the staff hears you and customizes the sandwich just to your liking. Unfortunately this is not one of these places. This place was okay, but I’m not raving about it. It fits the bill of subway, but it’s standard.
