Food is delicious! I’m from California and this is my go to place in Kentucky for sushi. It’s hard to find a great sushi place in Louisville/surrounding area and so far this is it.

My favorite sushi restaurant! Tornado roll is amazing, as are all the rolls we've tried. Current favorites are Tornado, Zen and Las Vegas rolls. Always arranged beautifully on the platter. Service is always quick and friendly.

Not sure if we were there on an off night or what. The rice was mushy on our rolls and I'm pretty sure the chicken fried rice is the frozen southwest chicken fried rice from Aldi. There were three types of peppers, and corn it. Plus the server said they couldn't make it without chicken because the chicken comes in the rice they buy. I still have it a four star rating because the tuna takai was amazing.

Very pleased when I went in to ask about gluten free options that they were able to clearly articulate what had gluten and let me choose rolls that were GF on their own or could have small modifications to make them GF. Sushi was fresh, made quickly for take out and presented beautifully. Will definitely be back.

Under mew management and ownership and things are improving. Great to have a good sushi restaurant in Prospect.

This place is a joke... can barely understand the staff and they're not clear about their food/menu. I Ordered fried rice, salmon and roll. Got to the restaurant to pick up the order and they were out of fried rice and the salmon was uncooked. The Prospect roll was something less then desirable.
Very disappointing!!!
I'll stick with Sake Blue...
